Call Forward - CallerID
When setting a call forward an outbound callerID must be set, by default this will be the business primary mainline number and can be changed by your system administrator of the Voiceflow support team. A call forward can not pass through the calling party callerID.
Follow Me - CallerID
When using the follow me feature, the callerID of the calling party will be passed through.
Ring Group - CallerID
When adding an external number into a Ring Group there are two possible options for CallerID:
- CallerID Passthrough
- Set CallerID to any external number*
*External number must be owned by the company setting that CallerID
