Operator Panel (Basic Edition) - Administrator Features

Administrators have access to additional features in the Operator Panel (Basic Edition):

Call Barge / Eavesdrop Ad-hoc call recording

Call Recording

When you click on the call recording icon it will turn from dark red to bright red to indicate the call is now being recorded.

Call Barge / Eavesdrop

When you click on the headphones icon for any current phone call, your phone will ring and when picked up you will be able to listen into that call. By default your will be muted however you are able to call all of the call barge features as follows:

• Press 1 – Talk only to the remote party
• Press 2 – Talk only the local party (extension that was barged).
• Press 3 – To perform a 3-way conference.
• Press 0 – To mute your phone to both parties.
